技術說明

本案提出一種自主復健動作量化評估系統，主要包含：(1)動作訊號擷取模組、(2)動作參數化計算模組、(3)動作樣板建立模組、(4)動作計分比對模組、及(5)復健療程紀錄模組等，分析所得之復健動作時間長度、關節位置位移及關節彎曲角度變化等量化參數值，提供動作樣板資料庫建立；依動作時間長度及擺幅距離之標準差比較，予以輸出動作施行之快慢及高低的分析建議，提供動作歷程記錄庫建立，綜合此兩資料庫組成復健療程資料庫，可儲存至可攜式記憶裝置、智慧型手機、平板電腦裝置及雲端硬碟等，以提供醫護人員進行後續之復健追蹤評估。透過本案之申請，將可有效改善居家端使用者之自我監測及自我照護警示之效益。本發明將可具體提供雲端產業、醫療及健康照護等設備商或服務商、研究開發領域所需之照護輔助裝置、設備及服務提供系統。 We propose a self-care system for assisting quantitative assessment of rehabilitation movement. The system includes: 1). motion sensors acquisition module; 2). movement parameters computing module; 3).templates construction module; 4). template matching module; and 5). rehabilitation progress noting module. The analyzed movement duration, displacement of joint, and range of motion of joint are constructed as a template database. According to the criteria with duration and standard deviation of the difference of amplitudes, the recommendations about high and low of amplitude and speed are also recorded as a movement records. Through the use of the system, patient will effectively improve the home self-monitoring and control extraordinary warning of self-care. Therefore, the invention will provide cloud industry, medical equipment development, health care providers, service providers, and research in the fields of care aids, equipment and health-care service delivery systems.
