動平衡裝置及維持動平衡且兼具減少振動之方法

本發明係有關一種具轉子動平衡功效之顆粒減振裝置,該轉子係指結合一或多數個機械單元作同步運動之旋轉體,該轉子可安裝至少一個顆粒減振裝置,該顆粒減振裝置具有容器可供填充阻尼顆粒,其質量及組裝位置係依據數學式決定,該數學式包含轉子慣性力矩平衡及轉子慣性力平衡關係。本發明之顆粒減振裝置可安裝於動力設備中的轉子,透過特定的安裝質量及位置,可有效降低轉子轉動不平衡慣性力及不平衡慣性力矩,此外,顆粒間、顆粒與容器間的碰撞及摩擦亦同時具有降低轉子振動之功效。This invention is related to a particle-embedded vibration attenuation apparatus for dynamic balancing on rotors. The rotor is a rotational body which is composed of one or multiple mechanical components rotating together. At least one particle-embedded vibration attenuation apparatus, which has containers for filling in damping particles, is mounted to the rotor. The mass and assembly position of the apparatus are determined by the mathematical equations, which have the balancing relations of inertia forces and inertia moments of the rotor. The particle-embedded vibration attenuation apparatus disclosure in this invention can be amounted in the general dynamic equipment. The unbalancing inertia forces and moments on rotors are able to be effectively reduced through the specific assembly position and mass of the apparatus. At the same time, the rotor vibration is attenuated by the relative friction mechanism between the particles, and the particles and the containers as well.
