技術說明

本發明之主要目的係提供一種電表資料校正方法，該方法可將電表記錄異常之用電負載校正為較接近用戶端實際之用電負載。為達到此目的，必須擁有用戶端即時量測資料，經由加總變壓器連結之所有用戶負載後，以及線路上量測資料，一併提供給狀態估計使用，再根據狀態估計之性能指標判定量測資料是否有異常，最後決定是否執行資料偵測錯誤程序，該程序會根據我們提供給狀態估計的資料，經由上下游關係找出真正錯誤資料位置(變壓器)，再進一部針對該變壓器連結之所有用戶一一檢測，在此檢測的方式是根據統計的變異數分析，該方法將用戶當天的負載需量與過去基準線做比較。 Meter data correction method, the method can validate the meter records with the abnormal electricity load and correct it closer to the actual electricity load. To achieve this purpose, the requirement for recording real-time measurements at the customer end and sum up all of electricity load under the transformer for each bus, use of these data and on-line measurement data include line flows and bus voltage magnitudes to provide for state estimator, the result can be judged whether exist abnormal data in the measurements according to the performance index of the state estimation, if there is abnormality in the measurements, bad data detection will be performed, it can through the relationship between the upstream and downstream to find out the abnormal bus demand (transformer), and then detect the customer under the abnormal transformer further by statistical analysis of variance which compare load demand at the abnormal time period with the customer’s baselines.
