技術說明

一種用於水電解的膜電極組包括質子交換膜、第一觸媒層、第二觸媒層、第一氣體擴散層、第二氣體擴散層及第一感測片。質子交換膜位於第一觸媒層及第二觸媒層的內側之間。第一氣體擴散層設置於第一觸媒層的外側。第二氣體擴散層設置於第二觸媒層的外側。第一感測片夾置於第一觸媒層與第一氣體擴散層之間，且第一感測片用以於水電解反應發生時感測其所在區域的一環境變化。 本發明之目的，在於提供一種用於水電解的膜電極組，其兼具延長使用壽命與測量水電解膜電極組內部物理量等優點。特別是，本發明所欲解決之問題係在於目前尚無較佳可準確量測膜電極組內部各區域之溫度、壓力、電壓及電流…等不均勻性變化之裝置等問題。 A membrane electrode assembly (MEA) for electrolysis of water includes a proton-exchange membrane, a first catalyst layer, a second catalyst layer, a first gas diffusion layer, a first gas diffusion layer, and a sensing chip. The proton-exchange membrane is between an inside of first catalyst layer and an inside of the second catalyst layer. The first gas diffusion layer is disposed at the outside of the first catalyst layer. The second gas diffusion layer is disposed at the outside of the second catalyst layer. The sensing chip is between the first catalyst layer and the first gas diffusion layer, and the sensing chip is used for sensing a environmental change when the electrolysis of water occurs.
