本發明係有關於一種柱狀鑽石蕭基二極體及其製作方法，其中柱狀鑽石蕭基二極體係包括：一基板，其上方係設有一閘極氧化層；一絕緣層，係設於閘極氧化層上，且絕緣層係包括有一第一接觸區、以及一第二接觸區；一鑽石柱，係設於絕緣層上，且鑽石柱之第一端係與第一接觸區連接，而鑽石柱之第二端係與第二接觸區連接；一第一電極，係對應絕緣層之第一接觸區，且覆蓋一鑽石柱之第一端；以及一第二電極，係對應絕緣層之第二接觸區，且覆蓋於一鑽石柱之第二端。 The present invention relates to a Schottky diode using a diamond rod, which comprises: a substrate with a gate layer formed thereon; an insulating layer disposed on the gate layer, wherein the insulating layer comprises a first contact region and a second contact region; a diamond rod disposed on the insulating layer, wherein a first end of the diamond rod connects to the first contact region, and a second end of the diamond rod connects to the second contact region; a first electrode corresponding to the first contact region of the insulating layer, and covering the first end of the diamond rod; and a second electrode corresponding to the second contact region of the insulating layer, and covering the second end of the diamond rod, and a method for manufacturing the same.
