技術說明

一個有效率且準確的生產計劃系統能夠最佳化分配生產資源，以提升公司的獲利性與競爭力。生產計畫系統的核心功能在於決定各項產品的投料計畫，包含投產時間與數量。原料經過一連串的工序成為最終產品，投產時間與完成時間的時間間距稱為總前置時間(total lead time)，對於一道工序，開始加工與完成加工的時間間距稱為生產前置時間(operation lead time)，包含等候時間與實際加工時間。根據等候理論，生產前置時間受到產品組合與機台利用率所影響，清理函數(clearing function)考慮此等候理論，將產出量(output)定義為在製品(work-in-process)的函數，利用在製品的多寡來限制工作站的產出量，以取代傳統線性規劃模型的產能限制式。本研究研發出新型且正確性極高的清理函數生產計劃模型。 An efficient and accurate production planning system that optimally allocates the production resources is important for a manufacturing company to improve its competitiveness and profitability. To finish as a final product, the released materials need to go through a sequence of operations and the time lag between the release and finish of a production lot, called total lead time or total flow time. Also, the time lag between the start and end of an operation is called operation lead time, which consists of waiting time and actual processing time. Waiting time is affected by time-varying utilization rates of various workstations, which are determined by time-varying product mixes. Considering queuing effect, a clearing function treats the output quantity as a function of work-in-process (WIP) and hence limits the output quantity of a workstation by the WIP level. This study developed an effective and accurate clearing function production planning models.
