多用戶干擾環境中建構於分頻全雙工─正交分頻多工接取之室內小細胞智慧型佈署串接控制裝置

本發明揭示一分頻全雙工(frequency division duplexing, FDD)-正交分頻多工接取(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing accessing, OFDMA)之室內小細胞基地台智慧型佈署串接控制 (intelligent deployment cascade control, IDCC)方法與裝置,使一個室內小細胞可滿足多用戶(multi-user, MU)服務可靠度、最佳化通達率、與細胞半徑需求,並可因應干擾環境變化自我優化發射最小功率,達到容易安裝操作、節省能源、並避免對室外其他用戶造成干擾之目的。智慧型佈署控制裝置建構於適應性網路模糊推論系統(adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system, ANFIS),包含資源配置器、最小通達率/邊緣CQI轉換器、初始發射功率配置(initial transmit power setting control, ITPSC)(ANFIS控制器#1)、最佳化通道品質指標(channel quality index , CQI)決策器(CQIDC)(ANFIS控制器#2)與自我優化功率控制(SOPC)五個單元。其中,我優化功率控制單元包含發射功率調整量估測器(transmit power adjustment estimator, TPAE) (ANFIS控制器#3)、功率調整配置器與自我優化功率控制保護機制三部分。 實施例假設三個用戶經過資源配置後,資源塊數各為33個,最小通達率需求分別為2.76Mbps、7.44Mbps與14.13Mbps。實施例模擬結果顯示應用本發明於FDD-OFDMA室內小細胞基地台部署時,可使室內小細胞基地台具備高服務可靠度、低功率消耗與對鄰近細胞用戶間低同頻干擾功率之優點。 An adaptive neural fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) based intelligent deployment cascade control (IDCC) device is proposed for frequency division duplexing (FDD)-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing access (OFDMA) indoor small cell to enable easy installation, multi-user(MU)service reliability, optimum throughput, power saving, minimum interference and good cell coverage. The proposed IDCC device is designed with a cascade architecture, which mainly contains five units including a resource allocator, a minimum throughput/cell edge CQI converter, an ANFIS based initial transmit power setting controller (ITPSC) in the first cascade unit, an ANFIS based channel quality index (CQI) decision controller (CQIDC) in the second cascade unit and an ANFIS based self-optimization power controller (SOPC) in the third cascade unit. The SOPC consists of the transmit power adjustment estimator (TPAE), transmission power assignment and self-optimization power controller protection mechanism.
