技術說明

本發明提供一種磁性無段變速裝置及其操控方法,其永磁內轉子組的輸入軸受動力驅動而旋轉,輸入軸具有輸入轉速並連結帶動內環磁鐵同步旋轉。調磁鐵芯環組之調磁鐵芯環對應內環磁鐵且被內環磁鐵磁性感應而轉動,令輸出軸具有一輸出轉速。永磁外轉子組之外環磁鐵連接外環座而同步轉動,外環磁鐵對應調磁鐵芯環。當輸入轉速大於等於預設轉速值時,普利盤組受永磁內轉子組驅動而轉動永磁外轉子組,調磁鐵芯環同時受外環磁鐵與內環磁鐵之磁性感應,令輸出轉速產生變化。藉此,透過非接觸同心式磁性齒輪機構,並結合普利盤組做有效之調速控制。 A magnetic continuously variable transmission device and a controlling method thereof are proposed. The magnetic continuously variable transmission device driven by a power includes an inner permanent magnet rotor assembly, a magnetic core ring assembly, an outer permanent magnet rotor assembly and a pulley plate assembly. The inner permanent magnet rotor assembly includes an input shaft and an inner ring magnet. The input shaft is rotated by the power. The input shaft has an input rotational speed and drives the inner ring magnet to be synchronously rotated. The magnetic core ring assembly is disposed outside of the inner permanent magnet rotor assembly. The magnetic core ring assembly includes a magnetic core ring and an output shaft connected to the magnetic core ring. The magnetic core ring is corresponding to the inner ring magnet and magnetically induced by the inner ring magnet, so that the output shaft has an output rotational speed. There is a first distance between the magnetic core ring and the inner ring magnet. In addition, the outer permanent magnet rotor assembly is disposed outside of the magnetic core ring assembly. The outer permanent magnet rotor assembly includes an outer ring magnet and an outer ring seat. The outer ring magnet is connected to the outer ring seat so as to to be synchronously rotated. The outer ring magnet is corresponding to the magnetic core ring. There is a second distance between the magnetic core ring and the outer ring magnet. The pulley plate assembly is connected between the inner permanent magnet rotor assembly and the outer permanent magnet rotor assembly. When the input rotational speed is greater than or equal to a predetermined rotational speed, the pulley plate assembly is driven by the inner permanent magnet rotor assembly to rotate the outer permanent magnet rotor assembly. The magnetic core ring assembly is magnetically induced by the inner permanent magnet rotor assembly and the outer permanent magnet rotor assembly at the same time so as to change the output rotational speed. Therefore, the magnetic continuously variable transmission device of the present disclosure utilizes a non-contacting concentric structure combined with the pulley plate assembly to effectively control the output rotational speed.
