晶粒細化方法

晶粒細化有助於改善材料機械性質,不僅能增加材料強度,對許多金屬也能增加韌度,其優點也包括了使後續加工時能變形均勻,及提升硬度與耐磨性等等,因此被廣泛用於金屬加工產業。本發明是關於一種細化晶粒的方法,通常金屬需要在熔狀態下才能進行細化晶粒的處理,例如添加refining agent或在液態金屬冷卻過程中攪拌等等,或者是經過高度冷加工再結合高脈衝電流處理。本技術提供了對固態金屬直接提供晶粒細化處理的方法,適用於直接處理原材料,或是對於已加工成形之金屬產品直接進行晶粒細化,使金屬加工過程簡化,且適用範圍廣泛。 Grain refinement can improve the mechanical properties. Its advantages include increasing the strength and toughness of materials, enhancing the hardness and wear resistance…and so on. Therefore, it is widely used in the metal processing industry. The present invention relates to a method for grain refinement. Grain refining process generally require the material to be in the molten state, e.g. adding a refining agent in molten metal or by stirring the molten metal during the cooling process. It could also be conducted on cold worked material with high reduction rate. The present technology provides a novel grain refinement process, which can directly apply to solid metal, e.g., raw material or fabricated products. The process is quite simplified and the cost is reduced.
