技術說明

一種表面拋光加工裝置，用以改善目前表面拋光加工裝置操作便利性不佳的問題。本發明的表面拋光加工裝置包含：一定位座，設有一連接座及一導引座；一進給模組，具有一端面凸輪，該端面凸輪可旋轉地設於該連接座，該端面凸輪的一軸向端面形成一滾動面；一線性導引模組，穿設於該導引座，並設有固接至該導引座的一抵蓋；及一往復位移模組，貫穿該線性導引模組，該往復位移模組的一端設一從動滾輪抵接該滾動面，另一端則設一彈性復位件抵接該抵蓋，及設有穿出該抵蓋的一可旋轉的拋光工具。 A surface polishing apparatus is used to improve the problem of poor operating convenience for the past surface polishing apparatus. The present invention comprises: a positioning seat with a connector seat and a guide seat; a feed module with an end face cam, which is rotatably located in the connector seat, and its axial end surface forms a rolling surface; a linear guide module is through located in the guide seat, and it has attached to a cover of the guide seat; and a reciprocating displacement module is through located in the linear guide module, and its one end is provided a driven roller against the rolling surface, and the other end is provided an elastic reset member against the cover, and it has a rotatable polishing tool which penetrates through this cover.
