技術說明

本發明所列為抗癌化合物吲哚[3,2-c]喹啉衍生物(如結構式I所示)；其中X表示為NH，O，S；R1表示為氫，鹵素，1-4碳烷基，氫氧基，1-4碳烷氧基，硝基與胺基；R2表示為氫，鹵素，1-4碳烷基，氫氧基，1-4碳烷氧基，硝基與胺基；R表示為0-6碳烷多胺基, 0-6碳烷口末啉((C0-C6)alkylmopholine), 0-6碳烷哌口井((C0-C6)alkylpiperazine), 2-8碳烷多胺吲哚[3,2-c]喹啉((C2-C8)alkylpolyamino indolo[3,2-c]quinoline)。此類吲哚[3,2-c]喹啉衍生物被證明具有抑制端粒酶活性，可提供給罹患癌症之病患，作為抑制腫瘤生長之治療藥物。 The present invention provides antitumor indolo[3,2-c]quinoline derivatives (formula I) wherein X represents NH, O, S; R1 represents hydrogen, halide, (C1-C4)alkyl, hydroxy, (C1-C4)alkoxy, nitro, and amino; R2 represents hydrogen, halide, hydroxy, (C1-C4)alkoxy, and amino; R represents (C0-C6)alkylpolyamino, (C0-C6)alkylmorpholine, (C0-C6)alkylpiperazine, (C2-C8)alkylpolyamino indolo[3,2-c]quinoline. Compounds represented by formula I have shown potent telomerase inhibitory activity and broad spectrum anticancer activity. Formula I may be adminstered with an inert diluent or with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier in inhibiting telomerase activity and controlling the growth of tumor in a patient afflicted with a cancer disease.
