技術說明

一種製造壓力感設薄膜結構之方法，係包括:提供一表面具有複數個孔洞之濾膜層；形成圖案畫之阻層於該濾膜層上，其中，該阻層具有複數個凹槽，且該複數個凹槽係貫穿該阻層以外露該濾膜層；於外露於該複數個凹槽內的該濾膜層上形成導電層，以使該導電曾與該濾膜層接觸之介面形成有對應該濾膜層之複數個孔洞的微結構；以及移除該阻層與該濾膜層。本發明藉由濾膜層的設置，以得到具有微結構表面的壓力感測薄膜，並且具有減少製造壓力感測薄膜的時間及成本，以提升本產品競爭力之功效。 A method for manufacturing a pressure sensing film structure, comprising: providing a membrane filter layer, the surface thereof having a plurality of porosities; forming a patterned barrier layer on the membrane filter layer, wherein the patterned barrier layer has a plurality of holes, and the holes penetrate through the barrier layer to expose the membrane filter layer; forming a conductive layer exposing on the plurality of the holes within the membrane filter layer, so that a micro structure corresponding to the holes is formed on the interface of the conductive layer contacted with the membrane filter layer. According to the membrane filter, the present invent can obtain a pressure sensing film having micro-structure surface and also have effectiveness for reducing manufacturing time and cost of the pressure sensing film to enhance the competiveness of products.
