技術說明

提出一基於遺傳演算法、類神經網路及模糊系統的汽油引擎洩漏偵測診斷系統。針對運轉中的引擎，藉由收集汽油引擎的感測器信號及噴油器的作動信號，來診斷引擎是否產生洩漏現象。遺傳演算法基於適應函數找出診斷系統的最佳結構，即每個輸入的歸屬函數個數及對應的輸出增益。類神經網路利用倒傳遞演算法及最陡坡降法來調整診斷系統的歸屬函數參數及推論法則的輸出增益。引擎洩漏偵測診斷系統的輸入分別是引擎轉速、噴油週期、空氣流量及進氣歧管壓力或節氣門開度；輸出則是洩漏來源或洩漏程度。 A gasoline-engine-leakage detection-and-diagnosis system based on genetic algorithm, neural network and fuzzy system is presented. By collecting the datum of sensing signals and actuating signals of engine the leakage phenomenon is diagnosed. The genetic algorithm, based on the fitness function, achieves the optimal structure of the diagnostic system, i.e., the number of membership function for each input and the corresponding output gains. Neural networks use back-propagation algorithm and steepest descent method to adjust the parameters of membership functions and the output gains of inference rules of the proposed diagnostic system. The inputs of proposed diagnostic system are engine speed, injection duty, air flow and inlet manifold pressure or throttle position; while the outputs are leakage sources or leakage degree.
