生成聯苯酚化合物的方法、新穎的聯苯化合物暨其合成方法,以及用於治療帕金森氏症的藥學組成物METHOD OF PRODUCING BIPHENOLIC COMPOUND, NOVEL BIPHENYL COMPOUND AND SYNTHESIS METHOD THEREOF, AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR TREATING PARKINSON'S DISEASE

漢厚朴酚及其類似物有機合成之新穎方法已成功開發,並且能獲得高產率。這些新有機合成物同時具備抗氧化及抗發炎的作用,因能顯著對抗神經毒素如MPP+及過氧化物對神經細胞SH-SY5Y之傷害。另一方面,於類帕金森氏症之小鼠模式中,這些新合成物能有效改善神經毒素所誘發紋狀體和黑質體中神經毒害及運動功能障礙如平衡木行走與旋轉測試。結果顯示這些新合成物能顯著反轉神經毒害及運動功能障礙,推測這些新有機合成物具備治療帕金森氏症之潛能,且深具改善神經退化性疾病醫療應用之價值。 Sythetic Methods of honokiol and analogues with high production have been successfully developed. These new synthetic compounds have both the antioxidative stress and antiinflammatory responses. They also have the ability to inhibit neurotoxin such as MPP+ and superoxide induced SH-SY5Y neuronal toxicity. Alternatively, these synthetic compounds effectively improve the neurotoxicity in striarum and SN and motor dysfunction, such as beam walking test and rotational behavior, elicited by neurotoxin in Parkinson's disease mouse model. Results indicate that these new synthetic compounds can reverse the neurotoxicity and motor deficits, suggesting that they possess the potential in treatment of Parkinson's disease. Furthermore, these new synthetic compounds may be applied into the treatment of other neurodegenerative diseases.
