技術說明

傳統上，形成陰、陽極反應室之結構體，不管是封閉的，或是開放讓空氣自由進出的，皆為兩獨立個體，以交換膜分隔。這樣的設計必須另外利用閂鎖元件，如金屬板與螺栓，加以結合，組成電池。如此的設計，不僅造成電池複雜、組件多、易碎不耐衝擊、大且重、成本也高，對可攜式燃料電池的商品化，構成相當大的阻力。 本發明去除對閂鎖元件的需求，使得電池結構簡單、重量輕、耐衝擊不易碎、成本低(包括材料，製作，和組裝等成本)。並且能增加電池的柔軟性，製成可撓曲變形的燃料電池。 可攜式電池的市場每年達數百億美金以上，而可攜式電子產品對電能的需求與日俱增，傳統電池的改善空間有限，業界皆看好燃料電池的未來。本項發明不僅使電池結構簡單、重量輕、耐衝擊不易碎、成本低(包括材料，製作，和組裝等成本)，並可製做出軟性可變形之可攜式燃料電池，為目前全世界之僅見。 一種燃料電池結構，其主要包含一結構本體以及一膜電極組，該結構本體係具有一容置槽，該容置槽內係具有一內側壁及一底面，該膜電極組係包含有一第一電極、一第二電極及一設置於該第一電極與該第二電極間之電解質膜，該電解質膜係具有一電極結合部及一貼合部，該第一電極及該第二電極係貼附於該電極結合部兩側，而該貼合部係貼附於該容置槽之該內側壁，且該電極結合部與該底面間係形成有一空間，而該第一電極係位於該空間。 A fuel cell structure mainly includes a structure body and a membrane electrode assembly. The structure body has a cavity having an inner sidewall and a bottom surface. The membrane electrode assembly includes a first electrode, a second electrode and an ion exchange membrane disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, the ion exchange membrane has an electrode combining portion and an attaching portion, and the first electrode and the second electrode are attached to the two sides of the electrode combining portion and the attaching portion is attached to the inner sidewall of the cavity. A space is formed between the electrode combining portion and the bottom surface and the first electrode is located at the space.
