技術說明

本研究主要是利用經驗模態法(Empirical Mode Decomposition ,EMD)的方法來處理單齒腹測試訊號，透過EMD將訊號分解多個具有物理意義的固有模態函數(Intrinsic Mode Function ,IMF)，挑選某些特定的IMF來定義單齒腹測試可得到三項重要的參數，分別為齒形誤差、臨接節距誤差與累積節距誤差，能夠取代現有技術是利用快速傅立葉轉換(Fast Fourier Transform, FFT)分解訊號，能夠更精確定義齒輪精度。 Herein, Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) is utilized to analyze to signals from single flank test of gears. EMD decomposes the signals to a number of Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs). Each IMF has physical significance and meaning. We can determine some important IMF’s which are directly related to the three important information of gear inspection, including the tooth profile error, adjacent pith error and accumulated pitch error. Using EMD instead of FFT will lead to a more accurate and trustworthy results of gear inspection.
