本發明揭示用於檢測角膜炎病原體的引子對和/或探針。本發明亦揭示使用該等引子對和/或探針來檢測存在於一樣品中的角膜炎病原體的檢驗套組、生物晶片以及方法。 針對不同的病原體所引起的角膜炎需使用不同的治療方式,因此,提供可以早期且快速地檢測出角膜炎病原體的方法即成為一個極為重要的研發課題,近年來,為了克服傳統的微生物培養與特徵鑑定,生物晶片技術的發展已逐漸受到重視並且已被廣泛地應用於各種病原體的檢測、癌症的分類、新藥的研發以及基因的定序與鑑定等等。 本技術可針對眼感染症中最易誤診之泡疹性角膜炎及阿米巴角膜炎進行有效確診,本技術可大大降低誤診率,適用眼科微量檢體之優勢,可快速有效鑑別多種病原菌。 Disclosed herein are primer pairs and/or probes for use in the detection of keratitis pathogens. For the different pathogens caused by keratitis need to use different treatment methods, therefore, to provide early and rapid detection of keratitis pathogen method has become a very important research and development issues, the development of biochip technology has been gradually taken seriously and has been widely used in a variety of pathogens detection and gene sequencing and identification and so on. This technique can be used to diagnose the most easily misdiagnosed herpes simplex keratitis and acanthamoeba keratitis in ocular infections. This technique can greatly reduce the misdiagnosis rate and the advantages of trace specimen for eye examination. It can quickly and effectively identify various pathogens.
