技術說明

本案提出一種醫療知識邏輯回饋式學習方法，主要包含(1)多模資訊互動介面、(2)多層級候選診斷產生機制、(3)學習成效顯示介面；經由系統化彙整與學習單元化特定領域之臨床醫療知識、病例及其相屬臨床診斷，透過多模資訊互動介面來統整呈現相對應的文字診斷敘述、病理描述及其醫學影像輔助診斷資訊，其排列形式需符合此一特定領域的現行作業程序，使用者透過多層級候選診斷產生機制於多模資訊互動介面依預設之邏輯層級依序產生候選診斷，藉此多層級選取機制模擬病理推論的程序；使用者在選取可能診斷後，隨即進行答案比對，並依此問題結果配對題項索引出相關聯的問題進行重複的施測，直到特定學習單元之所含題項皆施測完成；最後，經由學習成效呈現介面顯現測驗結果。基於上述之方法，本案以皮膚專科為應用實例，以及開發(1)自我學習模組、(2)測驗模組、(3)教學模組等學習模組，並架構在雲端網路平台來具體展現本發明之可行性。 We propose an innovated method and its application system for the self-learning and instruction of medical domain specific knowledge with inductive and relevant feedback mechanisms. The main claims of the invention consist of: 1) multi-modal interactive module; 2) multi-stage inductive and relevant feedback mechanisms; and 3) outcomes generation. Through systematic processing of domain specific knowledge, including case reports and the related diagnostic information, user interacts via the adopted multi-modal interfacing devices. The question and user query with text and images needs to be layout with regard to the current clinical protocol. The multi-stage inductive and relevant feedback mechanisms guide the question-answer process which simulates the procedure of pathological inference; A learning lesson ends while all the questions are performed.
