本發明係揭露一種半導體產品多目標產能規劃系統及其方法，該系統包含一資料輸入模組、一產能規劃模組及一運算模組。資料輸入模組是用於輸入機台資料、產品資料以及訂單資料，產能規劃模組根據訂單需求量，配合機台資料以及產品資料，規劃產能配置來決定訂單滿足數量，將規劃產能配置之資訊以染色體編碼方式形成基因組合，由運算模組運用多目標遺傳演算法，將基因組合進行多次演算以產生多個候選解，將多個候選解以多個規劃目標為衡量標準，進行篩選產生新基因組合，重複運算直到滿足停止條件後產生候選解集合，進而轉換該候選解集合成為多個建議規劃方案。 The present invention discloses a multi-objective semiconductor product capacity planning system and method thereof. The system comprises a data input module, a capacity planning module and a computing module. The data input module is used to input machine information, product information and order information. According to the demand quantity of order, with capacity information and product information, the capacity planning module planning for the capacity allocation to determine the satisfy number of the order.
