中文說明：一種矽光子積體電路，包含第一分光器、第二分光器、第一光柵耦合器和第二光柵耦合器。第一分光器具有輸入端、第一輸出端及第二輸出端，其中輸入端用以接收輸入光束，且第一輸出端用以輸出返回光束。第二分光器具有輸入端、第一輸出端及第二輸出端，其中輸入端耦接第一分光器之第二輸出端。第一和第二光柵耦合器分別耦接第二分光器的第一和第二輸出端，且用以分別光學耦合光纖線圈的相對兩端。 英文說明：A silicon photonic integrated circuit is provided, which includes a first optical splitter, a second optical splitter, a first grating coupler and a second grating coupler. The first optical splitter has an input, a first output and a second output, in which the input is configured to receive an inputted beam, and the first output is configured to output a returned beam. The second optical splitter has an input, a first output and a second output, in which the input is coupled to the second output of the first optical splitter. The first and second grating coupler are respectively coupled to the first and second outputs of the second optical splitter, and are configured to optically coupled two opposite ends of a fiber coil, respectively.
