渦電流感測系統及其方法

本專利提出渦電流感測系統,用以同時量測非導磁金屬的導電率和厚度。渦電流感測方法是由線圈輸入時變的正弦波激勵電流,產生激勵的磁場為訊號輸出單元,對於非導磁金屬的平面產生感應渦電流,進而產生感應磁場;磁場感測器為訊號接收單元,接收空間磁場轉換為電壓訊號;對於激勵電流和電壓訊號的大小和相位值,算出感應磁場的頻域響應。資料處理由此系統架構,量測已知非導磁金屬參數的網格模板,未知非導磁金屬板的頻率響應可以對應到模板的網格進行導電率及厚度的估測。 This patent proposes an eddy current sensing system to measure the conductivity and thickness of non-ferrous metal simultaneously. The eddy current sensing method is to input a time-varying sine wave excitation current from a coil, and the excited magnetic field is the signal output unit. Induced eddy current on the plane of non- ferrous metal, which generates an induced magnetic field. The magnetic field sensor is a signal sensing unit, which receives the spatial magnetic field and converts it into a voltage signal. For the magnitude and phase value of the excitation current and voltage signals, calculate the frequency domain response of the inducted magnetic field. Data processing is based on the system, and the grid template for measuring known non-ferrous metal parameters. The frequency response of the unknown non-ferrous metal plate, which corresponds to the mesh of the template, estimates the conductivity and thickness.
