技術說明

本發明係關於一種有機太陽能電池，其包含有第一基板、第一電極層、有機層、第二電極層、 第二基板和濾光層。以往有機太陽能電池在操作過程中，因為有害光線的照射，造成有機太陽 能電池內的有機層產生裂解等變化，降低有機太陽能電池的壽命。本發明之濾光層的設計，除 了可以過濾特定波長範圍光線，當然也可以用來阻止紫外光線等對有機材料有害之入射光造成 有機化材料產生劣化，並可以阻擋水、空氣等會對有機層造成影響的物質進入。 An unique organic solar cell has been invented, which consists of first substrate, first electrode layer, an organic layer, second electrode layer, second substrate, and an ultraviolet-shielding filter. The photovoltaic properties of typical organic solar cells usually decay as they are operated under the solar light irradiation. This is due to the fact that the optical active organic layer of the solar cell is easily damaged by the ultraviolet light. In this invention, an organic solar cell with an ultraviolet-shielding filter with alternating dielectric multi-layers of TiO2 and SiO2 has been designed. In addition to the shielding of the ultraviolet light, the permeation of oxygen and water gases into the cell will also be hindered by this ultraviolet- shielding filter.
