技術說明

一種差動彩色共焦量測系統，其係利用一色散物鏡接收來自一光源模組之寬頻光，以產生軸向色散投射至一待測物而反射形成一測物光，並經由一光調制模組分光而形成第一與第二測物光，然後再藉由一對光強度感測模組，感測該第一與第二測物光，以得到複數個第一與第二光強度訊號。每一光強度感測模組具有一空間濾波元件，每一空間濾波元件大小(直徑或寬度)不相同。該訊號處理單元分別對每一個第一光強度訊號以及相對應的第二光強度訊號進行一訊號處理，以得到複數個差動強度訊號比，並決定每一差動強度訊號比對應之量測位置深度。 A spatially filtering differential chromatic confocal microscopic system comprises a chromatic dispersion objective for receiving and axially dispersing a broadband light from a light source and projecting dispersed lights onto an object thereby forming an object light reflected therefrom; an optical modulation module for dividing the at least on-dimensional object light into a first and a second object lights; a pair of optical intensity sensing module, respectively having a spatial filter with different pinhole-diameter or slit-width from each other, for detecting the first and second object lights thereby obtaining a plurality of first and second optical intensity signals to a relation between signal intensity ratio and object depth.
