技術說明

下顎因疾病與創傷所造成的缺損，嚴重影響外貌、說話與咬合功能。通常臨床會進行初期的骨板固定手術，但容易發生骨板穿破皮膚的情形。因此，利用客製化設計支撐假體對下顎缺損區域進行修補下顎缺損形狀，該支撐假體的骨頭外緣可提供一平滑表面及更多的接觸面積，並可防止骨板直接接觸軟組織。此款下顎缺損使用之支撐假體，可避免產生皮膚被骨板穿破以及可有效針對骨缺損區域進行缺損復型之顏面重建，具備臨床應用性與商品化的價值性。 The mandible is caused by disease or trauma to affect seriously the appearance, speech and occlusion. The treatment in clinic was selected using plate fixation in the initially reconstruction stage, but the penetration effect of soft tissue around the plate was happened easily. Therefore, an innovative customized design of reconstructed and supported prosthesis was creased and utilized to repair a mandibular defect, and the customized prosthesis mainly can provide a smooth and larger contact surface between plate and soft tissue to prevent the penetration failure. This customized reconstruction prosthesis of the mandibular defect is not only to prevent soft tissue damage (such as penetration) around the plate but also to repair the defected region of the mandibular geometry, both clinical application and commercialized value are considered existence in this patent.
