技術說明

本案係關於一種光學系統容差設計的等效方法，尤其是指利用加大視場角來進行光學系統的等效容差設計方法。。該等效方法包括下列步驟：(a)提供一光學系統，該光學系統具有至少一光學元件，且該光學系統滿足一設計規格及包括一光學元件製作容差與一光學系統組裝容差；(b)進行該光學系統之一容差分析；(c)基於步驟(b)的結果以定義該光學系統的一加大視場角；及(d)以該加大視場角重新進行該光學系統之一優化設計以滿足該設計規格，以達到容差設計的效果。 An equivalent method to an optical system tolerance design is provided. The equivalent method includes the steps of: (a) providing an optical system which satisfies a specification and includes at least an optical element and a tolerance; (b) undergoing the tolerance analysis; (c) defining an enlarged field angle of the optical system according to the result of step (b); and (d) redesigning the optical system with an enlarged field angle to meet the specification. An enlarged field angle was involved in the optical system design process, so as to achieve the effect of tolerance design.
