配電盤檢測裝置

因大多數傳統配電盤年代久遠且缺少維護,而其裝設之相關保護設備眾多,造成傳送電壓與電流信號之導線不易透過目視方式查出,使其更新設備時電壓與電流相位無法正確對相,為解決傳統配電盤安裝新設設備之問題,故設計一硬體設備偵測其電壓與電流相對應之角度,進而運算出各相電壓及電流之向量並繪成向量圖,藉此讓安裝設備的工作人員能正確安裝設備,避免因電壓與電流相位不一致造成運算上之誤判。藉由本發明所研發之裝置,作業人員可輕易判斷出既有配電盤各線路之電壓及電流的相位狀況,藉此讓安裝設備的工作人員能正確安裝設備。 For power distribution cabinets with many meters and protective relays, the electric circuits of PT and CT become difficult to be identified by visual method. It may cause trouble for new meters or relays to be installed due to inaccurate phasing of voltage and current signals, which may deteriorate the power security and service reliability. This invention proposes a phase identification module to measure the phases of voltage and current signals retrieved from PT and CT. According to the phasing relationship of voltage and correct signals, which is derived by the module, the correct PT and CT circuits can be identified easily. This invention provides a very effective tool for electricians to recognize the PT and CT circuits to ensure the correct installation of power meters and relays.
