具防結霜散熱結構之發光二極體燈具及其控溫方法

一種具防結霜散熱結構之發光二極體燈具,包括底座、燈罩、致冷晶片、發光單元、控溫單元及熱擴散構件。燈罩對組於底座,密封底座之出光口;致冷晶片設置於底座內部,其具有冷端與熱端;發光單元疊置於致冷晶片的冷端上,朝出光口方向投射光線;控溫單元感測發光單元的溫度,並與目標溫度值作比較,以調整對致冷晶片的供電量;熱擴散構件將致冷晶片之熱端的熱能傳導至燈罩。藉此將可控制發光單元維持在恆定溫度,並可防止燈罩表面結霜。 An LED light with a heat dissipating structure capable of avoiding frosting over including a housing, a cover, a thermoelectric cooler, a light unit, a controlling unit, and a heat diffusion unit is provided. The cover is assembled with the housing for sealing an opening formed thereon. The thermoelectric cooler with a cold and a hot side is disposed inside the housing. The light unit is disposed on the cold side of the thermoelectric cooler and emits light through the opening. The controlling unit senses a temperature of the light unit and compares the temperature with a target value in order to adjust the electrical power supplied to the thermoelectric cooler. The heat diffusion unit transfers the heat of the hot side of the thermoelectric cooler to the cover. Therefore, the light unit can be kept at a uniform temperature, and the cover can be kept from frosting over.
