肇因於習知的多層鍍膜系統所包含的膜層皆屬於非高熵材料,導致多層鍍膜系統的材料組成設計上受到限制;有鑑於此,本發明係特別將至少兩個高熵材料膜層與其它非高熵材料膜層相互堆疊,或者至少兩個高熵材料膜層相互堆疊,藉此方式形成可被鍍於一工件基材表面之一種多層膜結構。由於此多層膜結構具有能夠阻礙裂縫擴張與應變變形之層間界面,因此能夠提升工件基材表面之硬度與韌性。另外,利用膜層間光學的干涉,此多層膜結構可以產生不同的色彩,藉以改善或改變工件基材表面之外觀顏色。 The present invention particularly makes at least two high-entropy material films and other non- high-entropy material films stack on each other, or at least two high-entropy material films stack on each other, so as to form a multi-film structure capable of being coated on the surface of a workpiece. It is worth explaining that, because the formed multi-film structure contains interlaminar interfaces to prevent cracks to propagate and to reduce plastic deformation, the hardness and toughness of the workpiece coated with this inventive multi-film structure would be enhanced. Moreover, the appearance color of the workpiece can also be changed or improved by the colour presented by the multi-film structure, wherein the type of the colour is dependent on the optical interferences occurring in the multi-film structure
