技術說明

刮刀塗佈小球方式不僅可穩定運用於大面積半導體元件，更可得到較高密度的奈米球分佈，且製程簡單，更適用於元件上滴一排奈米球溶液，刮刀間隙用30μm，快速刮過，立刻朝元件沖沸騰異丙醇，目的在於將多餘的奈米球浮於異丙醇上，再用刮刀將帶有多餘奈米球的異丙醇帶走，使奈米球分佈得以重新排列，重複三到四次，最後用冷風將異丙醇吹乾。 刮刀塗佈奈米球技術為因應量產需求而簡化的製程技術，且可應用於大面積孔洞結構之元件，可達到1.簡化製程 2.可發展成大面積元件 3.有利於量產。 Blade coating small ball can not only be applied to a large area of ​​semiconductor components stable, more higher density can be obtained nanospheres distribution, and the process is simple, drops in a row nanosphere solution more applicable to the components on the doctor gap of 30 μm, quickly scratched, immediately rushed towards the components boiling isopropanol the aim of excess nano ball floating in isopropanol, and then the doctor blade with excess isopropanol nanospheres away, so nanospheresdistribution can be re-arranged, repeated three or four times, and finally with cold isopropanol drying.
