技術說明

一種四維空間感應器，包括一感應器本體。感應器本體包括一聚偏 氟乙烯層、一第一線路層和一第二線路層。聚偏氟乙烯層位於第 一線路層和第二線路層之間，聚偏氟乙烯層包括兩個聚偏氟乙烯 層表面、複數第一電極、複數第二電極和複數第三電極。複數第 一電極位於其中一聚偏氟乙烯層表面。複數第二電極和複數第三 電極位於另一聚偏氟乙烯層表面，且複數第三電極環繞各個第二 電極；其中各個第一電極與各個第二電極彼此相對應，以形成 X 軸、Y 軸、Z 軸的三個極化方向，各個第三電極形成繞 Z 軸的環 狀極化方向。 A quad-axial force and torque measurement sensor is disclosed in the invention. The quad-axial force and torque measurement sensor includes a sensor main body which includes a po1yvinylidene layer, a first circuit layer, and a second circuit layer. The po1yvinylidene layer is located between the first circuit layer and the second circuit layer. The p o1yvinylidene layer includes two po1yvinylidene layer surfaces, a plurality of first electrodes, second electrodes and third electrodes. The first electrodes are located on one po1yvinylidene layer surface. The second electrodes and third electrodes are located on another po1yvinylidene layer surface, and the third electrodes are located around each of the second electrodes. Each first electrode and each second electrode are corresponded to each other, to form a polarization direction of the X, Y, and Z axis, and each third electrode forms a polarization direction around the Z axis.
