一般主軸的設計軟體及精度量測設備價格又十分昂貴,因此在無輔助設計的條件下造成了國內在主軸轉速、精度、效能及穩定性還是與國際大廠有明顯的差距。基於此,本計畫開發一種主軸的設計最佳化系統,具有主軸振動參數模擬分析與量測技術,可提升國內主軸的設計與品質競爭能力。實務方面,本技術所開發之量測設備平台可解決目前主軸在進行10小時以上的跑合測試時,測試人員無法長時間在旁進行監控之問題。此自動跑合測試平台可提供即時檢測與評估,並可由異音來提供毀損原因,確保主軸在出廠前做有效的品質診斷,實現前期的預防。 In general the general equipment for the design and precision measurement of spindle and related machine tools are all expensive around the world. Thus, without the assisted tools, the speed, accuracy, performance, and stability of current spindle design still have significant gaps compared with the world leading companies. According to the foregoing problems, The optimization analysis model is developed, as well as the system parameter vibration simulation analysis and measurement technique. Practically, the proposed technology and measurement platform can be used to the automatic spindle running test for more than 10 hours without the testers. This automatic run-in test platform provides instant detection and evaluation, and also provide the information for the damage diagnostics caused by different vibration signals. It is benefit to the factory which needs to do an effective quality of diagnosis and achieve early prevention for the spindle.
