本發明係一種鑽頭尺寸參數之影像量測裝置及方法，其中，該鑽頭尺寸參數之影像量測裝置包含一控制裝置、一多軸向移動平台、一夾制裝置以及一影像擷取裝置，該夾制裝置以及該影像擷取裝置分別可滑動設於該多軸向移動平台，該夾制裝置夾制一待測鑽頭，該影像擷取裝置則接受該控制裝置之控制而取得該待測鑽頭之影像，該影像擷取裝置取得影像之後，再藉由軟體對該影像執行一影像量測方法後，即可獲得該待測鑽頭的各種尺寸參數。 The invention is the image-measuring device and method for dimensional parameters of drill. The image measurement system for dimensional parameters of drill, consists of a control device, a multi-axial positioning stage, a device and an image sensor. The collet device and the movable image sensor are mounted on the multi-axial. A measured drill is fixed on the collet device, The image sensor is controlled by the control device for acquirement of the image from the measured drill. After the drill image gained from the image sensor ,a drill image is performed by a software. Then ,various measurement parameters of the measured drill can be acquired.
