技術說明

本發明提供一種隔離型雙向直流/直流轉換裝置，其包括第一轉換電路、第二轉換電路、變壓器與主動式緩振器。主動式緩振器包括第一控制開關、第一整流二極體、箝位電容與返馳式轉換電路。反馳式轉換電路包括返馳式變壓器、第二整流二極體與第二控制開關。且根據本發明所提出之隔離型雙向直流/直流轉換裝置能夠有效改善轉換裝置的主開關上的高電壓及大電流應力的問題，也能夠達到零電壓及零電流之軟性切換功能。同時，更避免了主開關在硬切換時所產生的雜訊干擾，使裝置達到較高的轉換效率及可靠度。 This invention provides an isolated bi-directional DC/DC converting device. The isolated bi-directional DC/DC converting device comprises a first converting circuit, a second converting circuit, a transformer and an active snubber. The active snubber comprises a first controlling switch, a first rectifying diode, a clamp capacitor and a flyback converter. The flyback converter comprises a flyback transformer, a second rectifying diode and a second controlling switch. The isolated bi-directional DC/DC converting device of present invention improves the problem of high voltage and large current stress effectively on the main switch and achieves the soft handoff with zero voltage and current. Simultaneously, the device has more high converting efficiency and reliability by avoiding the noise interference generating when the main switch in hard handoff.
