技術說明

本發明提供一種光吸收層及其前驅物溶液、製法與包含該光吸收層之太陽能電池。光吸收層之製備方法包括：混合ⅠA族、ⅠB族、ⅢA族之化合物於一溶劑中以得到一前驅物溶液(precursor)；塗佈該前驅物溶液於一基板之上；將該基板置於包括ⅥA族氣體之無氧氣氛(atmosphere)中進行熱處理，使該基板之上形成摻雜IA族之ⅠB-ⅢA-ⅥA族化合物的光吸收層。另外，本發明亦提供一種前驅物溶液，包括有ⅠA族化合物、ⅠB族化合物與ⅢA族化合物與一溶劑，其係由上述方法製備而得。 The invention provides a light absorbing layer, a precursor solution and a fabrication method thereof, and a solar cell comprising the same. The method includes the steps of providing a precursor solution by mixing a Group IA compound, a Group IB compound, and a Group ⅢA compound in a solvent, coating the precursor solution on a substrate; and forming a light absorbing layer by heat treatment in oxygen-free atmosphere containing a Group Ⅵ gas. The invention also provides a precursor solution comprising: a Group IA compound, a Group IB compound, a Group ⅢA compound and a solvent, which is fabricated by above mentioned method.
