光催化性砂漿的製法

【中文】 一種製備具有光催化、疏水性及抗菌能力生物混凝土的方法,該生物混凝土製備方法包含至少一預拌步驟、一預鑄步驟,及一水熱步驟。預拌步驟特含一拌合特定水灰比混凝土,其中包含一微生物溶液與一含有水泥、砂石、鈣源、尿素及鋅源之粒料,預鑄容器包含任意容器。本發明在生物混凝土生長出奈米氧化鋅,使該生物混凝土具有光催化、疏水性及抗菌能力,光催化性能可分解空氣中環境污染物,淨化空氣;疏水性性能可降低水滲透的機率減少細菌及真菌的孳生;抗菌能力為光催化過程中產生活性氧,對病毒及細菌細胞膜產生損傷以及核酸降解導致病菌死亡。冠狀病毒正在全球肆虐,病毒除了透過飛沫傳染外,接觸傳染也是不可或缺的一環。生物混凝土擁有抗菌及自淨的功能,以此生物混凝土作為建築材料,可大幅降低接觸感染之機率。 【英文】 A method for preparing bioconcrete with properties of photocatalysis, hydrophobicity and antibacterial. The bioconcrete preparation method includes at least one premixing step, one sintering step, and one hydrothermal step. The pre-mixing step specifically includes mixing concrete with a specific water-cement ratio, which includes a microbial solution and a granular material containing cement, sand, calcium source, urea and zinc source. The container includes any container. The present invention grows nano-zinc oxide on biological concrete, so that the biological concrete has photocatalytic, hydrophobic and antibacterial abilities. The photocatalytic performance can decompose environmental pollutants in the air and purify the air; the hydrophobic performance can reduce the probability of water penetration. The breeding of bacteria and fungi; the antibacterial ability is the production of reactive oxygen species in the photocatalytic process, which damages the cell membrane of viruses and bacteria, and the degradation of nucleic acids leads to the death of bacteria. Coronavirus is raging around the world. In addition to spreading the virus through droplets, contact infection is also an indispensable part. Bio-concrete has anti-bacterial and self-cleaning functions. Using bio-concrete as a building material can greatly reduce the chance of contact with infection.
