技術說明

本發明係提供一種齒模置位方法，其包括以下步驟：提供一咬合器以及一標記模組，標記模組具有至少一標記元件，且標記模組設置有至少一參考物件；取得參考物件與標記元件間之一標記座標資料；提供一齒顎影像資料，且取得齒顎影像資料之複數特徵間的一特徵座標資料；取得咬合器之複數結構與標記元件間之一結構座標資料；裝設一第一齒模於咬合器，且第一齒模連結標記模組；以及提供一感測裝置感測標記元件，且依據齒顎影像資料、標記座標資料以及結構座標資料調整第一齒模之位置。 有鑑於傳統上利用面弓將患者的齒模置位於咬合器尚有多項問題未能解決，導致轉移後，齒模與咬合器的相對位置關係與患者的實際狀況有所差異，致使齒顎矯正或正顎手術的失誤率增加或術後改善程度有限。因此，如何提供一種新穎的置位方法，一方面免除面弓的使用，以減少器械上的誤差，另ㄧ方面，可以供操作者或醫師在例如立體視覺及/或量化數據的導引、輔助下，減少置位時的盲點，以忠實地將患者之顏顎骨的狀況轉移至咬合器，從而達到提高齒顎矯正及正顎手術成功率的目的，係為本領域ㄧ直以來的ㄧ項重要課題。 A mounting method of dental cast is disclosed. The mounting method includes the steps of providing an articulator and a label module having at least a label element and at least a reference element, generating a label coordinate information in accordance with the reference element and the label element, providing a midface and mandible image information and generating a characteristic coordinate information in accordance with a plurality of characteristics of the midface and mandible image information, generating a configuration coordinate information in accordance with a plurality of configurations of the articulator and the label element, disposing a first dental cast connected with the label module on the articulator and providing a detecting device to detect the label element and adjust the position of the first dental cast in accordance with label coordinate information, the characteristic coordinate information and configuration coordinate information.
