技術說明

一種斷續型鰭片，包含有一基板及複數葉片，該基板具有第一、二表面，以及複數貫穿第一、二表面之溝槽，各該葉片具有連接於該第一表面的兩連接端，以及位於該兩連接端之間的兩側邊，該等葉片分別與該等溝槽相對，各該葉片能定義出一長度為該兩側邊之距離，該長度係大於或等於0.3毫米且小於或等於0.9毫米；一種熱交換器，包含有相對位置固定地設置成一排之複數該斷續型鰭片，並能定義出一節距為每兩相鄰之斷續型鰭片的第二表面之距離；藉此，該斷續型鰭片及該熱交換器能應用於電子設備並產生良好散熱效果。 The research will firstly redesign the dimensions of the fins according to there various operating conditions for personal computers. Then select appropriate fan for each fin array to be an integrated cooling module. Finally, test and improve the module performance and apply it in the practical computer cooling system. It is expected that the results of the research will effectively increase the computer cooling performance and reduce the size of the cooling module.
