技術說明

醫療資訊安全管理是一個很複雜的過程，它包含了患者的身分以及藥物資料和病情數據儲存訊息。因此，當醫療資訊管理做出不正確的判斷或是缺乏人力資源的狀況下可能很容易出現訊息錯誤。考量到透過無線通訊媒介傳送訊息之醫療資訊的安全管理，本文提出安全認證協定的無線感測器網路(WSNs)進一步保護資料的機密性與隱私權不被侵犯，並且符合醫院的IT基礎設施，其中提出的認證協定通過Verilog硬體描述語言組成系統硬體架構、波形模擬得知結果是否符合以及在Altera DE2-70開發版顯示驗證結果。 Medication administration is a complicated process involved with the information of patients, drugs and data storage. As a result, the medication errors may easily occur due to the un-correct judgment or lack of the human resource. Taking medication safety into consideration, this paper presents a secure authentication protocol for wireless sensor networks (WSNs), which is fit for the IT infrastructure of hospitals. Performance of the proposed protocol is evaluated for its hardware architecture via Verilog hardware description language; output results are simulated through waveform which matches the display on the Altera DE2-70 Board.
