技術說明

本發明係有關於一種低雜訊放大器，特別是有關於一種適用於超寬頻(ultra－wide.band,UWB)的低雜訊放大器。一種寬頻低雜訊放大器，包括放大器、輸出裝置與一峰突電感。放大器用以放大自信號輸入端接收到之輸入信號，並且將放大過的信號輸出至信號輸出端，輸出裝置耦接至第一電壓源與信號輸出端，峰突電感耦接於放大器與輸出裝置之間。 A wideband low noise amplifier. The wideband low noise amplifier comprises an amplifier, an output device, and an inductor. The amplifier amplifies an input signal received from an input node, and outputs the amplified signal to an output node. The output device is coupled to a first voltage and the output node. The peaking inductor is coupled between the amplifier and the output device.
