技術說明

本發明提供一種用於防治柳橙綠黴病之組成物，其包含一腸內桿菌屬菌及一載體。本發明亦提供一種用於防治柳橙綠黴病之方法，其包括下列步驟：提供一如前所述之組成物與一芸香科(Rutaceae)柑桔群(Aurantiae)之植物體或其部分，其中該植物體或其部分係為一柳橙綠黴病病原菌之宿主；以及令該組成物與該植物體或其部分共置於一儲藏環境下。本發明亦提供一種腸內桿菌屬菌供製造用於防治柳橙綠黴病之組成物的用途。所述的腸內桿菌屬菌具有產生揮發性有機化合物之能力，其所產生之氣體經證實具有抑制柳橙綠黴病病原菌的功效，且可有效防治柳橙綠黴病。 The present invention is related to a formulated agent（EKP）which is made up of a bacterial suspension of Enterobacter cloacae E010 cultured in King’s medium B and a carrier such as perlite, sphagnum moss, or vermiculite.The EKP agent was very effective in controlling orange green mold disease caused by Penicillium digitatum when orange fruits and the agent were put together in the storage chamber. E. cloacae E010 in EKP agent could produce volatile organic compounds（VOCs）to inhibit the pathogen of orange green mold and to control the disease.The present invention related to a method for controlling orange green mold in the storage condition.The present invention also related to the bacterium, Enterobacter cloacae with the ability producing VOCs to inhibit conidial germination of P. digitatum.
