技術說明

一種組織辨識方法，包括準備步驟以及檢測步驟。準備步驟包括準備生物感測器，生物感測器包括電晶體及反應電極，反應電極相對於電晶體的閘極端而與電晶體彼此間隔設置。檢測步驟包括將待辨識的生物組織樣本放置於反應電極上，並施加具有可調變脈波寬度與高度的脈波電壓於反應電極，以使反應電極與電晶體的閘極端之間產生壓差，並於脈波寬度內量測運算自電晶體產生的檢測電流，以得到第一感測指標。本發明還提供一種用於組織辨識的生物感測器。 A tissue identification method is provided, including a preparation step and a detection step. The preparation step includes preparing a biosensor which includes a transistor and a response electrode. The response electrode is spaced apart from a gate of the transistor. The detection step includes disposing a biological tissue sample on the response electrode, and applying a pulse voltage that has tunable pulse width and pulse height to the response electrode, causing in a voltage difference between the response electrode and the gate, and measuring a detection current which generates from the transistor in pulse width as to obtain the first sensing indicator. In addition, a biosensor for tissue identification is also provided.
