技術說明

本發明室溫下迴轉式磁製冷機裝置，應用於製冷領域，包括設製冷箱，於殼體內設轉軸由馬達帶動轉軸迴轉，在轉軸前端設永久磁鐵，並在迴轉相對側分散佈設數釓金屬(製冷工質)，且釓金屬內穿設管路並納水，利用永久磁鐵迴轉時產生激磁與退磁效應，管路中設馬達、水箱、散熱器、閥及冷庫構成完整系統，整個磁製冷循環包括：激磁過程-磁性材料放出熱量及退磁過程-磁性材料吸收熱量；中間由管路納水循環熱交換過程加以連接，達到製冷的目的，效率高，綠色環保，並達節能省碳之目的，是21世紀最具發展前景的冷凍空調技術。 This invention is a rotary magneto-cooling apparatus under room temperature that is applied in cooling field。It has a cooling box in the body and sets a shaft to rotate by a motor。The front end of this rotating shaft is equipped a permanent magnet，and its opposition is designed some gadolinium(Gd) metal(magneto-cooling media)。But the inner core of Gd metal has a pipe that contains water，and can be produced magnetization effect and demagnetization effect while permanent magnet is rotating。A pipe have a motor，water box，cooling fins，a valve and a chilling box。So this magneto-cooling system(a cycle) also have two processes as follows：the magnetization process---magnetic metal disperses hot energy，and the demagnetization process--- magnetic metal absorbs hot energy。A pipe contained water connects with two processes to do a heat transformation function to reach the cooling goal。
