技術說明

A two-dimensional material plasmonic laser (device) is provided with a surface plasmonic cavity and an atomically thin semiconductor monolayer gain medium disposed on the surface plasmonic cavity. Under optical pumping or electrical pumping, the surface plasmonic cavity provides a laser feedback mechanism by coupling electron-hole pairs confined in the atomically thin semiconductor monolayer gain medium and the surface plasmon modes in the dark-mode surface plasmonic cavity, and a laser light is emitted from the two-dimensional material plasmonic laser. 一種二維材料電漿子雷射裝置，包含一表面電漿子共振腔，以及一半導體原子單層所構成的增益介質。該增益介質位於電漿子共振腔上。經由光激發或電激發，該電漿子共振腔提供一雷射回饋機制，其表面電漿子耦合增益介質中的電子電洞對，使雷射光由二維材料電漿子雷射裝置的表面射出。
