本發明提供一種無電極遮光之發光二極體顯示器的結構及其製程,提供磊晶層並於其上形成透明導電層以接合至基板,蝕刻磊晶層以形成鍍有金屬薄膜的晶粒於透明導電層上,在基板上形成導電通道且其兩端設有導通金屬塊,並形成第一金屬件於晶粒的金屬薄膜及導通金屬塊上,以連接不同導電通道上的晶粒,接著形成第二金屬件在導通金屬塊的第一金屬件上,以使二金屬件能與晶粒上的第一金屬件位在同一平面,以完成一種高亮度、高解析度之無電極遮光之發光二極體顯示器的結構。 An electrodeless light-shielding of light-emitting diode display structure and process thereof is disclosed, which provides an epitaxial layer and forming a transparent conductive layer thereon to bond to the substrate, and etching the epitaxial layer to form crystal grains of metal-coated film on the transparent conductive layer. Forming conductive channels on the substrate and having a conductive metal block at both ends thereof and forming first metal members on the metal-coated film of the crystal grains and the conductive metal blocks to connect the crystal grains on the different conductive channels. After that, second metal members are formed on the first metal members of the conductive metal blocks so that the two metal members can be aligned on the same plane as the first metal members on the crystal grains to complete a high luminance, high resolution of the electrodeless light-shielding of light-emitting diode display structure.
