技術說明

本發明是有關於一種形成奈米薄片石墨化相變材料方法及其熱管理介質，尤其是關於一種以有機材料為基材加入奈米石墨為添加劑之相變材料，以應用於熱管理介質。採用不同比例石墨烯(Graphene)、膨脹石墨(Expanded Graphite, EG)、剝落石墨奈米薄片(exfoliated graphite nanoplatelets, xGnP)作為相變化複合材料之添充物,並以溶劑及超音波震盪與磁石攪拌的方式，改善昔知無法混拌於石蠟的缺點。並可將固形率提高至120%以上、熱傳導係數亦提高至1~3倍以上。 This invention proposes a method of forming nano-flake graphitized phase change material (PCM) and thermal management matrix therefrom. In particular, PCMs comprising a organic material matrix filled with nano-graphite additives will be fabricated and applied to thermal managenent materials. Various proportions of graphene, expanded graphite (EG), and exfoliated graphite nanoplatelets (xGnP) will be added into composite PCMs as fillers, and methods such as solvents, ultrasonication, and magnetic stirring can be used to improve the dispersion of said fillers in paraffin. The shape stability against high temperature can be increased by more than 120%, and the thermal conductivity by 100-300%.
