有機光電薄膜元件之製造方法MANUFACTURING METOHD FOR ORGANIC OPTOELECTRONIC THIN FILM

本發明利用轉印貼合的方式製作高分子太陽能電池。藉由摻雜一個功能性高分子poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)於主動層中,可成功地將高分子主動層由矽基板轉印至氧化銦錫軟板上製成元件,元件特性則相當於以一般使用旋塗製程的元件,其中開路電壓為0.53V;短路電流7.86 mA/cm2 ;填充係數為0.52,元件的功率轉換效率2.16%,證明此轉印製程的可行性。本發明將可應用於具有類似製程的其它有機電子元件,如發光二極體及薄膜電晶體等。 In the invention, we have successfully fabricated polymer photovoltaic devices by a transfer process. We doped poly(ethylene glycol) into the photoactive layer, and therefore, benefit the transfer process of the polymer thin films. The blended organic layer could be easily transferred from a Si wafer to a flexible indium-tin-oxide coated polyethylene terephthalate substrate. After the deposition of the metal cathodes, the device exhibited comparable performance to that of the device made by conventional spin-coating processes. The open circuit voltage, the short circuit current, and the fill factor were 0.53V, 7.86 mA/cm2 , and 0.52, respectively, yielding a power conversion efficiency of 2.16%. We anticipate that this invention could be applied onto other kinds of organic electronics, such as light-emitting diodes and thin-film transistors.
