技術說明

一般的超音波輔助加工機皆是以壓電材質的特性以進行高頻率的振動，其中壓電材質需要電力的傳導，因此必然會牽涉到導電傳輸與功率承載的設計。因此傳動介面裝置，其可裝置在超音波輔助加工機上，其中超音波輔助加工機包括一刀具及一壓電振動裝置，介面傳動裝置包括一固定環、複數旋轉承載體以及一旋轉環，固定環用以與壓電振動裝置連接以保持固定的狀態，旋轉環則用以連接刀具進行旋轉加工，其中固定環與旋轉環之間有複數旋轉承載體。 An interface apparatus of transmission which could be installed on an ultrasonic vibration machining equipment which comprises a cutting tool and a piezoelectric vibration apparatus comprises a fixed ring, plural rotary bearing objects and a rotary ring. The fixed ring is used to connect the piezoelectric vibration apparatus and stays in a fixed state. The rotary ring is used to connect the cutting tool for machining. The plural rotary bearing objects are between the fixed ring and the rotary ring.
