技術說明

本發明揭示一種電阻式記憶體，用於解決習知電阻式記憶體之可靠度不佳問題，本發明之電阻式記憶體包含：一變阻層；及二電極層，分別結合於該變阻層，各電極層設有一摻雜區域，該摻雜區域含有重元素。藉此，可確實解決上述問題。 A resistive random access memory is disclosed to overcome the low reliability of the conventional resistive random access memory. The resistive random access memory of the disclosure includes a resistance changing layer and two electrodes coupled with the resistance changing layer. Each electrode has a doping area containing a heavy element. As such, the deficiency of the conventional resistive random access memory can be solved.
