技術說明

本發明的目的是利用堵頭的設計進行擴孔成形和油封，配合後續的管內壓力與進給量進行異形管件的鼓脹成形，成形結果可藉由改變內壓力大小與負載路徑來改善，使管材達到目標的尺寸。利用一種液壓成形方法及其裝置係藉由一成形模具組及一堵頭組件液壓成形一管 材，該管材設置於該成形模具組中，於閉合該成形模具組前，先將該堵頭組件 插設於該管材之開口中，以避免該管材在該成形模具組閉合時過度變形，於閉 合該成形模具組後，將該堵頭組件推入該管材中，以使該管材末端擴孔成形， 接著再注入一液壓油至該管材內部，以鼓脹成形該管材。 This invention is a hydroforming process to manufacture a profile tube with different cross-sections. The internal pressure and clamping force of the dies are less than those in traditional expression process for profile tubes. A method and apparatus for hydroforming is used to hydroform a tube by a forming die module and a punch module. The tube is deposited in the forming die module, and the punch module is deposited in the tube opening firstly before closing the forming die module to prevent over deformation of the tube during closing the forming die module. The punch module is pushed into the tube after closing the die module for terminal expansion, and then hydroforming oil is injected into the tube to expand the tube.
