本發明之黃豆油萃取方法包括有︰齊備包括有黃豆材料及介電常數小於1.89之有機溶劑之混合液、循序對於前述混合液之分量施用微波直到取得相應於前述混合液總量之第一次物料、循序對於前述第一次物料之分量施用微波直到取得相應於前述第一次物料總量之第二次物料、對前述第二次物料進行固液分離以取得含有黃豆油及前述有機溶劑之萃取液、自前述萃取液中分離出黃豆油；該方法得以低成本設備配合簡單步驟採連續性方式以微波進行黃豆油萃取，因此可改善既有萃取方法之缺點而能夠達到本發明之目的；本發明亦關於用以實施該方法之裝置。 A method in accordance with the present invention has following steps: preparing a mixture having a soybean material and an organic solution having a dielectric constant less than 1.89, sequentially applying microwave to aliquots of the mixture to obtain a first substance, sequentially applying microwave to aliquots of the first substance to obtain a second substance, obtaining a liquid phase of the substance and obtaining a soybean oil from the liquid phase. The present invention also relates to a device for practicing the method.
